Brighton Psych Fest unveils a diverse lineup for 2026

The ever-growing festival is ready to return to Brighton on September 4th with a packed lineup.

Brighton Psych Fest always produces an exciting lineup filled with the weird and wonderful, making it stand out on the festival circuit. This year is no different, with a range of artists spanning an eclectic range of genres set to descend upon the seaside town at the tail end of summer.

In the spirit of drawing together psychedelic and psychedelic-influenced artists, ‘90s icons Stereolab have been announced as headliners, bringing their hypnotic synth-pop to the crowds for what will be a memorable set. Also a champion of synth-driven music, Gwenno is one of the most exciting artists to come from Wales in recent years, defying genres to create her unique psychedelic synth-pop sound.

LA-based psych favourites Allah-las will be ones to catch for a chilled-out yet mesmerising experience. Fellow American rockers The Mystery Lights also feature on the bill, along with dream-pop band Night Tapes, lo-fi-psych artist Lael Neale,  upcoming alt-rock quartet Bleech 9:3, shoegaze-tinged grunge trio thistle., plus many more.

Everyone who’s been to Psych Fest before knows that it’s more than just the music, with an array of DJ’s, visual arts and food vendors that complete the experience. Brighton is the perfect location for the festival; a place that champions creativity, celebrates differences, and always draws a crowd that is open to new experiences.

The lineup is already packed with diverse talent, with even more artists to be announced in the run-up to September.
