Alternative artist Bully (Alicia Bognanno) has announced her latest tour in support of her fourth studio album. The album, entitled Lucky for You, will be released on the 2nd of June. It will be her second solo project after her previous LP Sugaregg; however, she will be accompanied by drummer Wesley Mitchell and bassist Nick Byrd.

The Lucky For You Tour will make stops across the United States and Canada (Toronto, ON only) from June until September. It will follow a UK-centric festival run in the UK that includes Reading & Leeds, Bearded Theory, and London Calling. An opening act has not been announced at this time.

The announcement of her latest tour was coupled with the album announcement and the second single. Following lead single Lose You featuring singer-songwriter Soccer Mommy, Days Move Slow was released on 21 March alongside a music video. Shot by Alex Ross Perry, the black and white shot video puts Bully front and center with emotional vulnerability. The simplistic approach isn’t undermined but rather accentuates the song with a delightful visual feat. Full of grunge-inspired vocals, heavy guitar instrumentation, and killer drums, Days Move Slow is sure to be a rock-out playlist staple. Making it the lead single for Lucky for You was a wise move; one sure to bring longtime fans and newcomers together to scream their hearts out.

Bully will celebrate ten years in the music scene this year, and for good reason. A driving force in alternative and indie, being a solo endeavor hasn’t stopped the creative flow nor taken anything away from the artistry. If presented with an opportunity to witness what Bully is about live and in action, take it.

Lucky for You will be released on June 2nd via Sub Pop.
