cootie catcher announce new album ‘Something We All Got’
The Canadian indie-pop outfit share new single ‘Straight Drop’.
Toronto’s cootie catcher have already dropped an album this year — Shy at first via Cooked Raw — but are already going full steam ahead with the announcement of its follow-up, Something We All Got. Following on from first single Gingham Dress, second album single Straight Drop shows the band at the peak of their frenetic energy, tumbling through the track with unabashed freedom, moving into a studio sound that’s uncharted territory for the foursome.
Having found their sound in the comfort of a basement, the band are now moving up and moving on. The first two singles sees the band announce themselves to the world; they’re here, and they’ve got plenty of feelings to sing about.
