It was no secret that Harry Styles had been busy cooking up something for a while now. After all, it’s been four years since the release of his last album, Harry’s House, which was met with critical claim and saw Styles scoop up a VMA, Brit and clear up at the GRAMMYs with a win for Album Of The Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Engineered Album, cementing himself as the most successful member of One Direction by a country mile, and one of the best male pop acts in modern times.

With clues and cryptic billboards, fans went into a frenzy: the outlandish boy from a humble village in Cheshire was back, and he was about to give the fans what they wanted. Billboards were branded with “we belong together” and “see you very soon”, but Styles hardly left any time for deliberation, taking to social media to post the album cover and announcement.

The album is executively produced by Kid Harpoon, whose credits include Harry’s last album, Harry’s House, which he co-wrote and produced, and co-producing Miley Cyrus’s smash hit Flowers, as well as working with the likes of Lizzo, Florence + the Machine, Inhaler, Maggie Rogers, David Byrne and Kings of Leon.

While no further details have been announced, it’s safe to assume a world tour announcement is to follow, with rumours suggesting that Djo could be his chosen support act (Joe Keery — the mastermind behind Djo—mentioned he had “plans to tour in the summer”).

Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally is out March 6th via Sony Music. Pre-order the album here.
