The Texan band have announced their sixth album, Five of Cups, alongside a new track, Happier. Five of Cups is a reference to the Tarot Card, which symbolises regret, loss and grief. The album serves as a reminder to find joy where we can and, with a track titled Happier, they’re clearly doing just that.

Laced with a sense of psychedelica that has been akin to the thesis of the band since their debut album Evil Hits, the latest track explores deeper into a guitar-laden sound; merging sounds from different eras to make something reminiscent of the past, present and future. The band have come into their own on their latest offering, and we can expect a truly honed sound on the album.

Five of Cups is out August 4th via Suicide Squeeze. Pre-order here.
