Following the most recent release of his fourth studio album, Piss In The Wind, the first since leaving the 88rising label, Joji has announced a massive world tour dubbed the Solaris Global Arena tour, with dates in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and shows in the UK at The O2 Arena in London and the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester.

The tour follows the release of Piss In The Wind in February, which landed critical acclaim worldwide, debuting at number five on Billboard’s Top 200 chart as well as number one on Current Alternative Albums and Current Pop Albums charts in the U.S. It also had top tens in Australia, placing third, sixth in the UK, fourth in Germany and ninth in the Netherlands, with these being the highest charting album placements for Joji in these countries respectively.

The album looks to be a great addition to Joji’s ever-exciting discography, emphasising the moody vocals that are usually overlaying melancholic instrumentals in the background, which will very much lead well into an already strong setlist. We look forward to how Piss In The Wind will mix it up alongside hits from previous albums BALLADS 1, Nectar and SMITHEREENS. The Japanese singer will produce an all-time experience for those in attendance.

He will be joined on the Solaris tour by nate sib, a young Los Angeles-based genre-bending artist, who recently became more prominent due to an inclusion in the soundtrack for NHL 24 with the song Why can’t you see. He’ll also be joined by American Rapper Corbin, formerly known as Spooky Black, who will mix his very Soundcloud-era emo-rap with a traditional R&B sound.

For the Europe and Australia/New Zealand leg of the tour, Joji will be joined by Tommy Richman, who rose to prominence in 2024 for the worldwide hit MILLION DOLLAR BABY, debuting at number two on the Billboard Hot 100.

Joji, as an artist, has come a long way from the days of Filthy Frank on YouTube, with the surreal and very chaotic nature of his Pink Guy music. The absurdist nature is very much behind him, and Joji has matured as an artist and, with almost ten years since the release of Pink Season, it will be great to see how much Joji has grown as both an artist and an individual.
