Kraftwerk announce huge UK & Ireland tour across 2026
The German electronic band are bringing their tour to the UK next year.
Despite their heritage, Kraftwerk never fail to give you a glimpse into the future. They are officially returning to the UK and Ireland in 2026, and the internet is buzzing.
This will be their first tour on our side of the pond since 2017, and they’ve already had to add two additional dates due to overwhelming demand in Manchester and London.
Although basic would never be expected from Kraftwerk, Ralf Hütter, their founding member, promises a lot more than just music. They are lifting elements of 3-D visuals first seen in the Museum of Modern Art in 2012, and combining them with their distinct soundscapes to leave the audience breathing in a full-blown installation.
You can expect to hear music from across all eight of their iconic albums: Autobahn (1974), Radio-Activity (1975), Trans Europe Express (1977), The Man-Machine (1978), Computer World (1981), Techno Pop (1986), The Mix (1991) and Tour De France (2003).
Each song chosen from their respective album will be accompanied by tailor-made graphics for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Kraftwerk leave an impressive musical data trail, influencing musicians from The Weeknd to Daft Punk, and being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, it’s clear that fans have the chance to witness history.
From Tate Modern in London to the Guggenheim in Bilbao, Kraftwerk’s 3-D tour has visited the world’s most respected venues. Now it’s time for fans to revel in the experience, live.
