Lily Allen and Scissor Sisters confirmed as Mighty Hoopla 2026 headliners
The UK’s biggest pop festival has dropped its first wave of names for this year’s Brockwell Park blowout — and it’s a big one.
Mighty Hoopla has announced its 2026 line-up, with Lily Allen and Scissor Sisters confirmed as headliners for the two-day festival returning to London’s Brockwell Park on May 30th and 31st.
Allen takes the Saturday top slot in a UK festival exclusive — performing West End Girl in its entirety. The album was her first in over a decade and landed to widespread critical acclaim. She didn’t hold back when the news dropped either, commenting on the festival’s Instagram: “We are going to have so much fucking funnnnn.”
Sunday belongs to Scissor Sisters and, frankly, it was only a matter of time. The band marked the announcement with a statement that managed to be both heartfelt and extremely on-brand: they’d “experienced the magic of Mighty Hoopla from every angle: from the front to the back, as fans, friends and special guests.” Jake Shears headlined in his own right last year, memorably joining Kesha on stage for a mashup of We R Who We R and Let’s Have A Kiki. The full band headline feels less like a new chapter and more like one that was always coming.
Saturday also features Jessie J, JLS, Todrick Hall, Agnes, Heather Small and Tulisa. Sunday adds Alexandra Burke, Perrie, Five, Louise, Cascada, Liberty X and The Wanted 2.0. The Bump stage welcomes Horse Meat Disco and Trixie Mattel, while Queertopia returns with Empress Of and Mykki Blanco. It’s shaping up to be the gayest weekend in Brockwell Park’s long and storied history, which is really saying something.
Co-founder Glyn Fussell said, “We have a long history with both our epic headliners, and it’s going to be a monumental year.” Over 100 more acts are still to be announced.
Tickets can be purchased here. Saturday and Sunday general admission from £79.50, weekend tickets from £159.50, with a £20 deposit option available.
