Get ready to swap your talc and Fred Perry for the plush surroundings of the symphony hall, as Northern Soul Orchestrated hits the road!

The orchestra will be heading to six halls in the UK in 2026.

After outstanding performances across 2024, the legendary Stuart Maconie (from BBC Concert Orchestra) and Joe Duddell are teaming up to deliver a night to remember. Precisely six nights to remember, commencing in March 2026.

You’d be mistaken in believing this is just another concert… It’s an homage to the great Northern Soul movement that has been gaining traction with new generations as of late. Whether you remember hunting for 7’ singles, or you have recently whipped Shazam out on the dancefloor, you will be inspired by the stunning orchestral arrangements by Fiona Brice and a collection of guest vocalists.

The tour consists of 6 dates, spread across the UK:

  • Sheffield City Hall – Tue 10 March

  • Stoke-On-Trent Victoria Hall – Wed 11 March

  • Newcastle O2 City Hall – Thu 12 March

  • Liverpool Philharmonic Hall – Fri 13 March

  • Wolverhampton Civic Hall – Sat 14 March

  • Birmingham Symphony Hall – Sun 15 March

Words from the man himself, Stuart Maconie: “Passionate, powerful, ecstatic music… brought to life by extraordinary musicians and singers. I guarantee you the night of your life.”

Tickets first dropped on October 3rd, and there is still time to get your hands on them via www.gigsandtours.com or www.ticketmaster.co.uk
