Sound City add new names to the 2026 line-up


The Liverpool festival adds to an already impressive line-up, with Keo and Jalen Ngonda set to headline.

The biggest festival for up-and-coming artists in the UK has just announced its next set of acts. Sound City had already announced The Molotovs, Saint Clair, ashnymph, Brooke Combe and Westside Cowboy, a mix of some rising bands and some that have already made a foothold in the independent scene. 

The multi-day, multi-venue festival has just announced its “Rising-Stars” line-up. Festival goers now get to see who the fresh faces set to appear on stage are going to be. Here’s all the new acts from the most recent announcement:

PISS — Hardcore rock, Vancouver 

Brooki — Bluesy alt-rock, Dublin

Tom Rowley — Brit alt-rock, Sheffield 

Adult Leisure — Alt-rock, Bristol

AKA — Unknown, Unknown 

Zander — Alt, London

Jamie McIntyre — Folk, Galway 

Ben Ellis — Alt-pop, Cardiff

Tough Cookie — Emotional alt-rock, London

Little Grandad — Rock, London

Bleech 9:3 — Alt-rock, Dublin

The North — Indie-rock, Leeds

Dolder — Indie-folk, Newcastle

Talia Rae — Fresh RnB, Essex
