The Great Escape’s 20th anniversary line-up just got even bigger
A global wave of emerging talent joins the Brighton festival as new rewards and daily highlights are unveiled.
The Great Escape has unveiled a fresh wave of over 100 artists for its 20th anniversary edition, further cementing the Brighton festival’s reputation as a global showcase for emerging talent.
Among the latest additions are Brighton alt-indie duo ARXX, Orlando indie-pop talent Bella Kay, Nottingham post-punk outfit Do Nothing and Birmingham alt-indie duo Gans.
International flair comes from Irish/Cornish indie act Girl in the Year Above and Sweden’s indie-pop group Girl Scout, while Cambridge shoegaze duo The Healing Power of Horses and Glasgow singer-songwriter Kerr Mercer bring added depth to the line-up.
Also joining the bill are London’s The Orchestra (For Now), indie rock favourites The Skinner Brothers, and the boundary-pushing project Y.
Alongside this announcement, The Great Escape has revealed its daily highlights, offering a glimpse at the standout acts set to define each day of the four-day event. Artists tipped for big moments include The Itch, Angine de Poitrine, Brooki, Lime Garden, Tooth, Westside Cowboy, Bug Teeth and ugly ozo.
New for 2026, the festival is also launching TGE Wristband Rewards — a city-wide initiative designed to enhance the attendee experience. In partnership with a range of local businesses, wristband holders will gain access to exclusive perks including discounts, special offers and complimentary extras with purchases.
Participating locations include Shelter Hall, Helm Gallery, Stanley Road Department Store, Chilli Pickle, Beach Box Spa and Family Store, with more to be announced. Full details will be available via the official TGE app, making it easy for fans to explore offers throughout the festival.
