Truck Festival reveals five headliners for 2026
The festival will take place between 23rd and 26th July at Oxford’s Hill Farm.
Truck Festival has announced a whopping five headliners for its 2026 edition, including CMAT, The Maccabees, Two Door Cinema Club, The Libertines and The Wombats.
Taking place from 23rd to 26th July at Oxford’s Hill Farm, CMAT will take to the stage for her headline debut on the Thursday evening, while The Libertines and The Wombats are set to co-headline on the Sunday.
Revered as one of the UK’s most beloved indie and alternative music festivals, Truck has become known for its dynamic selection of incredible bands, larger-than-life atmosphere and like-minded community spirit.
With The Maccabees making their long-awaited Truck debut, Two Door Cinema Club celebrating 15 years of their debut album Tourist History, and The Vaccines playing a special set marking 15 years of What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, the 2026 festival is set to capture the indie scene across several distinct and defining moments.
Yet as always, the spotlight will also be firmly on the bands defining the here and now. Mercury Prize winners English Teacher, word-of-mouth wonders Keo and Florence Road, and indie trailblazers The Royston Club will all be playing must-watch sets across the weekend.
They will be joined by the likes of Getdown Services, The Lottery Winners, Brooke Combe, Willie J Healey, Black Honey, Radio Free Alice, Westside Cowboy, Etta Marcus, Bleech 9:3 and many more.
Speaking about Truck Festival 2026, John Dell, the Head Of Marketing, said: “We’re absolutely buzzing to announce the first wave of names for Truck 2026 after such an incredible demand already for tickets, bringing together some legends who’ve been responsible for Truck memories over the years as well as standout names we’ve been wanting to have at our warped party for years.”
“To welcome a reformed The Maccabees to Truck is a real bucket list moment for us and to have CMAT back to claim her rightful spot as a UK festival headliner after 2025’s unforgettable set is going to be a really special occasion that shows the journey Truck has been on with countless artists. Next year’s festival is going to be an all-timer and we’ve got a whole load more surprises and fun to announce.”
