Manchester Psych Fest returns this summer with an eclectic lineup


The psychedelic music and arts festival boasts an impressive array of artists, set to descend on August 31st.  


Now a staple in the festival circuit in its 11th year running, Manchester Psych Fest won’t be one to miss this summer. There’s something for everyone in the lineup, including household name Baxter Dury, garage rockers The Horrors and psych favourites Temples. Be prepared to experience an array of genres, with NewDad, Willie J Healey, Heartworms, Divorce, Hotwax, Fat Dog, and White Flowers all joining the party, with even more yet to be announced.

The multi-venue festival will boast more than 60 live acts spanning across Albert Hall, O2 Ritz, Projects Skatepark, Manchester Met Students’ Union, Canvas, Gorilla, YES, and Deaf Institute. There’s more than just music on the menu, with art performances, films, street food, DJs and talks also part of the agenda at the extensive festival.

Manchester Psych Fest comes to the North on August 31st (most importantly: a Saturday). The festival also takes place in Edinburgh (September 1st) and Brighton (August 30th).
