The Lemon Twigs announce 6th album with lead single ‘I Just Can’t Get Over Losing You’
The duo’s latest album ‘Look For Your Mind!’ is set for release May 8th via Captured Tracks.

Following the success of their previous album, A Dream Is All We Know — which featured the future classic My Golden Years — The Lemon Twigs have returned to announce their new album Look For Your Mind! alongside its lead single I Just Can’t Get Over Losing You.
The Lemon Twigs’ last two releases on Captured Tracks, Everything Harmony (2023) and A Dream Is All We Know (2024), marked a turning point in the band’s discography, signalling a fresh creative chapter in their then five-album career.
On Look For Your Mind!, that foundation will be pushed even further, with the D’Addario brothers pairing their bright melodic pop sensibilities, which have long defined their guitar-driven sound, with an undercurrent of paranoia and suspicion that reflects the times we live in. “I do think that now is a time of insanity,” Brian D’Addario said. “You really have to hold onto your own mind if you don’t wanna lose it.”
Yet, as ever with The Lemon Twigs, conventional pop structures are unlikely to stay intact on this record: “Every time we try to write something that’s completely straightforward, we can’t help adding an element which comes out of left field. We always want to write a song we’ve never heard before,” Brian added.
Having previously handled everything in the studio themselves, the album also features contributions from live members Reza Martin (drums) and Danny Ayala (bass), as well as Eva Chambers of Tchotchke, who all appear on a Twigs record for the first time.
Alongside the announcement, The Lemon Twigs have revealed a 2026 spring and summer tour with dates across the UK, Ireland, US and Canada. Full dates below.
