Wanderlust Festival 2026: All you need to know
Southampton’s multi-venue indie weekender returns for its third year, with headliners Squid and The Horrors.
Wanderlust Festival returns for its third instalment in 2026, over the weekend of May 23rd and 24th. The two-day festival, which takes place across three of Southampton’s local venues, will see over forty established and up-and-coming artists across the underground, indie and alternative scenes take the stage.
The festival, which only started in 2024, takes place at the Heartbreakers, Joiners and 1865 venues, marking a collaboration between some of the city’s most iconic nesting grounds for emerging talent. 2026’s incarnation sees headliners Squid and The Horrors, on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Other names on the line-up include Blood Wizard, Friedberg and Wax Head.
While stage times and venue splits have yet to be announced, the acts for each day are confirmed, guaranteeing a springtime weekend of indie rock bliss. Those with tickets for Saturday will enjoy groups Whitelands and The Family Battenberg. At the same time, festival goers on Sunday can see blistering sets from new duo Chalk and psych-y five-piece The Moonlandingz.
2026 also sees the third year of Southampton’s star-studded Summer Sessions, Wanderlust Festival offers something for fans of the up-and-coming, sweaty sets and sonically alternative. Catch your favourite groups up close, and discover some new ones - sate your wanderlust.
Tickets can be purchased here for £46 per day or £69 for the weekend.
