HMLTD unveil new ‘UberGoth’ era with single ‘I Used to Ride in Limousines’
The group’s upcoming third album, ‘FANGS’, explores the world of vampires, rave and disco-pop.

London collective HMLTD have announced a new album, FANGS, along with the sleazy-pop anthem, I Used to Ride in Limousines. The four-piece, including original members Henry Spychalski and Duc Peterman, decamped to a chateau in the Loire Valley, France, where they fell in love with all things vampiric and gothic horror.
The result? Tracks that fuse Victorian Nosferatu figures with EBM and rave-ready classics. Musically, it’s far more BRAT than anything off the group’s last effort, the majestic rock opera of The Worm.
Coupled with prior single Blitzkrieg, FANGS is certainly an entirely new epoch in HMLTD’s canon, ditching the orchestra and fantasy-medieval worldbuilding for hyperpop tracks you’d find in The Matrix or Blade. Dance-demanding pop isn’t entirely new for the group, but FANGS already feels darker, more industrial, sleazy and debauched. If the post-BRAT era has taught us anything, that’s where some of the best music lies.
To promote the upcoming album, HMLTD have announced a headline show at London’s Village Underground on March 4th, 2027.
