25 years after the momentous release of Jimmy Eat World’s magnum opus Bleed American, the band hit Gunnersbury Park to bring the action to their largest ever UK headliner show on August 16th, 2026. The 2001 album was a staple of the alternative rock pop-punk era of music, and a quarter of a century later, we are able to celebrate the album’s continued success.

The album itself attracted both new-age pop punkers and classic rockers, and we expect the crowd to be reflective of this. A huge dose of nostalgia for those who were at one point driving home from work, who needed an album to relax to and those who heard the songs played at every house party they went to. This album range had it all, and honouring the album with a show such as this is truly deserving.

Jimmy Eat World have not come alone; they have brought with them heavyweights of the scene, Rise Against, a band to synergise the show with very similar nostalgic energies. They will also be joined by The Get Up Kids and Jay Som.

Tickets for the show are live and can be bought here — I can say for sure that this show will be something I will be in The Middle of.
