Honest Work release haunting debut single ‘Horses for Meat’
The track, their first ever, sees the group in fine musical stead.

Fresh-faced London collective Honest Work have put out their debut single under Nice Swan Records, Horses for Meat. It’s a belter of an alt-rock track; pained vocals and delicate, melodic licks work in tandem masterfully. The group’s debut is full of anguish and quiet desolation, before breaking into a truly epic solo. Honest Work’s first release offers something a little richer than most in the indie catalogue, and bites just as much as it pleases.
