PLASTICINE’s latest grunge-pop masterpiece ‘Falling’

The group opt for a ‘stripped-back’ approach on their latest offering, all about the kind of love that pulls you under.

Falling is the newest emphatic grunge-pop cut from Glasgow four-piece PLASTICINE, and it couldn’t feel more fitting for the ever-unpredictable rollercoaster of 2026. It’s grungy pop at its finest; the track’s final minute features hauntingly beautiful backing vocals in a wall of magnificent sound, culminating in one of the standout releases of the year. It’s as strong and polished as anything the million-dollar mainstays of the genre have put out. There’s no doubt it pulls you under, and that’s alright with me.

Falling is out now via DONE YE RECORDS.
